 Ski Access

323 White Pine Canyon is located directly adjacent the the Walt’s Ski Run and offers easy ski in/ski out access. All ski trails in Phase 5 of the Colony are exclusive to Phase 5 owners and there are many other summer and winter amenities that are exclusive to Phase 5 owners. Please contact your agent for further details.

Phase 5 Exclusive Ski Trails

Phase 5 offers exclusive ski trails available only to Phase 5 owners and their guests. The ski trails are accessed from the top of the Quicksilver Gondola and via a private ski cat.
